Southeast Asia on a Mid-size Shoestring Budget

December 12, 2011. After eight years of working at the same non-profit organization, it was definitely time for a break. Traveling to Southeast Asia for five weeks was everything and nothing that I expected at the same time. It was absolutely…amazing. Perhaps I’ve regressed a little bit by living my early 20’s in my mid 30’s, but fuck it. Travel is the best thing that you can do for your soul, especially solo traveling.

I have a lot of lessons learned, travel-wise and life-wise. You can check them out on my Southeast Asia travel blog 2011-2012.
